Supporting our team
Working in residential care asks for patience, sound judgement and a willingness to keep learning. Staff receive induction, therapeutic training and regular supervision, with support from their Registered Manager and the wider Vantage team.
Omega Life Clinical supports therapeutic understanding and reflective practice. We make time to discuss difficult situations, understand what happened and learn together.
