Our leadership team brings together a unique blend of expertise with diverse backgrounds ranging from public services like police safeguarding and crisis response, to leadership in the children’s residential sector, and even a Grammy-nominated music producer. This collaboration ensures that we deliver high quality, innovative care that truly makes a difference in the lives of children.
Our Responsible Individual, Sarah Vale, works closely with our Registered Managers and wider team to provide oversight, support and challenge across our homes. Sarah helps ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained throughout Vantage.
We’re supported by an experienced Outstanding Registered Manager and a dedicated team, all working together to ensure that every child entrusted to us receives the best possible care. From therapeutic support to education, our approach is holistic, with each child’s well-being at the heart of everything we do.
